Un Concierto de Brian Chambouleyron

Argentinian troubadour and musician Brian Chambouleyron performs a concert in Adams House Monday night as part of the Arts Argentina: Creativity and Exile Festival sponsored by the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures. Chambouleyron performed songs in several languages including French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese.


Up Against Bears and Lions

After an up and down season, the Crimson is looking to start its conference slate on a high note. After finishing second in the Ivy League last year, Harvard is looking to come up with big wins against rivals Columbia and Cornell this weekend to take an early lead in conference standings.


Access to Education In and Out of Prison with Raising My Voice

Two graduates of Raising My Voice, a training program aimed at empowering former detainees with the power of speech, spoke Wednesday night on their experiences within the criminal justice system as formerly incarcerated individuals. Hosted by the Harvard Organization for Prison Education Reform and the Leadership Institute at Harvard College, Thomas Edwards and Craig Benton advocated for criminal justice reform and stressed the importance of reintegrating young individuals into society, who want to escape a life of crime. Benton left the audience with one important lesson: “That men and women who were formerly incarcerated shouldn't be judged by their past deeds. That everybody is redeemable.”


Cooking Class

The Food Literacy Project (FLP) presents Harvard students and their families with the unique opportunity to learn about seafood cooking. Taught by the Executive Chef of Harvard's Residential Dining Services (HUDS) Akeisha Hayde, this particular cooking class introduces students to the sights, smells, and taste of fresh seafood.


Indigo Peer Counseling

Indigo Peer Counseling is a new student group on campus that offers counseling on issues related to race, socioeconomic status, foster care, and more. Counseling will begin on Saturday, February 20 in their new office in the basement of Adams House H entryway.
