Summer Crimson

About Summer Crimson

The Summer Crimson program enables us to cover important Harvard and Cambridge news year-round while simultaneously developing our business. As Crimson editors are full-time students from September until May, the summer offers a unique opportunity to pursue enterprise journalism, launch innovative projects, and reshape the strategic direction of the organization.

About the Internship Program

Summer Crimson is primarily run by a full-time reporting and business staff composed of regular Crimson editors. However, in order to help advance The Crimson’s educational mission of training future journalists and businesspeople, a limited number of summer internships are offered for high school students.

The responsibilities of interns will vary, but positions are available both in our newsroom and our business department.

The 2024 Summer Crimson Internship Program will run from June 12 to July 26, 2024.

These positions are unpaid, and we do not provide assistance with housing or transportation.
